Indeed, we visited Iowa and had an amazing time. Despite driving through Iowa countless times along Interstate 80, we never took the time to stop and explore – although we did stop at Interstate hotels to rest overnight. However, everything changed when Des Moines constructed the Lauridsen Skatepark, which is the most impressive skatepark in the country.
